Parking and Directions

The Blackhawk Museum has three free designated parking areas. Upon parking, please follow the directional arrows to the museum courtyard, where the main entrance to the museum can be found.
The main plaza parking lot also features 15 Tesla Charging stations, allowing electric vehicle owners to charge while exploring the museum.

Admission to the museum grants visitors the privilege of unlimited in-and-out access until our operating hours conclude at 5:00 PM.
Yes, admission to the museum includes access to all six exhibits.
The museum does not offer and prohibits any food or beverage options on site, however, visitors may take advantage of the many dining options available within the nearby Blackhawk Plaza.
The Blackhawk Museum is proud to offer its visitors six permanent exhibits. However, it is important to note that the cars on display within The Don Williams Automobile Gallery may change without notice, providing a dynamic and ever-evolving experience for visitors.
The Blackhawk Museum is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible environment for all visitors. To that end, the museum is fully equipped with the necessary infrastructure to accommodate individuals using wheelchairs.
It is suggested that visitors allocate approximately two hours for a comprehensive and enjoyable experience of the exhibits presented at the Blackhawk Museum.
In order to provide a secure and healthy environment for our guests, as well as to protect our collections, we can only allow service animals in our museum. Please leave any other four-legged friends at home.
Personal Photography: The capture of still photography and short videos with smartphones or small handheld cameras for personal use is allowed. Large cameras, tripods, selfie sticks, and long-form videos are not allowed.
Professional photography (including wedding and engagement photography) is not allowed without prior permission. If you are interested in renting the Blackhawk Museum for a commercial photo or video shoot, advanced approval and contracting are required. Please contact info@blackhawkmuseum.org for more information.
Standard-size backpacks up to 20” x 14” x 8” are allowed. We encourage you to limit the number of personal belongings and bags you bring into our facility as they could be subject to a thorough search. Limiting the items you bring will expedite your entry into the museum. Visitors should not leave personal belongings unattended.
Single standard-size strollers measuring a maximum of 27” wide when unfolded are allowed.
