Blackhawk Museum School Tour Request

Please complete this request form for your School/Youth Group Tour and submit it four (4) weeks prior to your preferred tour date. School/Youth Group Tours are ONLY available on Wednesdays & Thursdays at 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM. All tours require a minimum of 10 students and are two hours in duration. Two tours, per group, per day are available. Guided Tours are subject to Docent availability. Adult chaperones are preferred at a 1:8 ratio. At the Museum, we are dedicated to educating, inspiring, and engaging young minds. In line with our mission, we offer free admission to enrolled students, teachers, and chaperones. For additional family members and extra drivers, we offer discounted admission at $15.00 for adults and $10.00 for seniors and students. Children 6 and younger are free. Payments can be made upon arrival at the museum. The Programs Department will be in contact with the person making the tour request.
